Daniel Warner and Elizabeth Dane married about 1639 in Massachusetts.

Their children were born in Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts. Ensign Daniel Warner was born in 1640. John Warner was born in 1642. Captain William Warner was born in 1644. Nathaniel Warner was born about 1646. Elizabeth Warner Heard was born in 1648. Abigail Warner Dane about 1650. Susannah Warner Brewer was born about 1650. Simeon Warner was born and died in 1658.

Elizabeth died on November 1, 1659. Daniel married his second wife Faith Browne, the widow of Edward Browne on July 1, 1660.

In 1661, a road was allowed through his 6 acres by Saunders's Brook.

On September 26, 1661 he sold land in Ipswich on the South side of the river.

In 1665 a bridge was built by his house. On September 10, 1675 Daniel gave Edmund and Elizabeth Heard the use of the northeast end of his house and provided that after he died it would be theirs if they paid 10£ each to his son William and daughters Abigail and Susanna.

Faith died on June 10, 1679.

Daniel married his third wife, the widow Eleanor Pell Boynton Jewett of Rowley in June 1686. Her first husband was John Boynton and her second was Deacon Maximilian Jewett. Eleanor's daughter, Hannah Boynton married Daniel's son, Nathaniel Warner.

Two of Daniel's children, Daniel, Jr. and Abgail married children of John Dane author of the "Narrative."

Daniel died on September 9, 1688 in Ipswich. Ellen died on August 5, 1689.
